The yellow, green, pink, and purple fabrics will be used for the flowers, so you can cut those into however many flower shapes you’d like. Once all of your pieces are cut out, it’s time to start assembling the banner!

Begin by hot gluing the white strip onto the light blue rectangle in the center of the banner. Then, start adding your flowers around the “He rises” portion. You can do this however you’d like, but we recommend alternating between colors and staggering the heights of the flowers. Once you’re happy with how your banner looks, hot glue on any final touches and let the glue dry completely.

Cut the Fabric into Strips
